Step 2. Our Crew Arrives and Gives You a Price

A two person crew shows up in the appointment window, takes a look at what needs to go, and gives you a firm, upfront price on the spot. There’s no obligation. If the price works for you, we get started right away.

Step 3. We Do the Heavy Lifting

Our crew handles everything from inside your home, garage, basement, attic, or office. You don’t need to move a thing beforehand. We navigate stairs, tight hallways, and awkward spots so you don’t have to.

Step 4. We Sort, Recycle, and Donate

Once your junk is loaded, we sort it back at our facility. Usable items go to local charities, and the rest is recycled whenever possible. Up to 90 percent of what we collect is kept out of the landfill.

Step 5. You Pay a Fair, Upfront Rate

You only pay the price we quoted before we started. No surprise fees, no add ons after the fact. That’s the whole process from start to finish.

How Pricing Works

Our pricing is based mainly on volume, meaning how much space your items take up in the truck. A single item like a couch or a refrigerator is priced differently than a full basement or garage cleanout. We also factor in weight for heavier materials like concrete or construction debris, and access, such as stairs or long carry distances.

We keep a simple single item special for smaller jobs. For $99, we’ll remove one item, such as a stove, refrigerator, washer, or dryer, from curbside if you’re within a 5 mile radius of our facility. Ask about that and our current senior discounts when you call.

Whatever the job, the price we quote on site is the price you pay. We don’t tack on fees after the fact.

Same-Day and Fast Scheduling

Most appointments across Connecticut are scheduled within one to two business days. When our schedule allows, we also offer same-day pickups, which come in handy for last minute situations like a move-out deadline, a property showing, or storm cleanup.
